Turning

ESSETI handles high-precision and complex turning operations in-house. Thanks to the experience of our qualified operators and the technologies at our disposal, the level of turning in our workshop reaches very high standards and is, therefore, able to serve even the most demanding fields of application.  We turn the most difficult metals, including treated and aged metals, and produce components with extremely tight tolerances and complex geometries. 

Our current machine fleet, which has tool warehouses with a capacity of up to 110 parts, allows us to machine complex, small to medium-sized components (parts with a maximum diameter of 650 mm and a length of 1000 mm).  This is the department most concerned with the manufacture of components for aeronautics and small series.  Each operator is an expert, not only in turning but also in the procedures to be followed in the aerospace sector, in compliance with the 9100 standard and the criticality of the sector.
