Milling

Our milling department boasts a large fleet of 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines.  All our machining centres are programmed by our operators in the technical office using their CAD-CAM workstations.  ESSETI manages milling operations with great efficiency, even though it is a department that is particularly suited to the manufacture of prototypes, which means that each milling machine, each operator, each programmer is subjected daily (and often more than daily) to the analysis of a new drawing and therefore to the creation of a unique part.

The flexibility, punctuality and high technology of both the machines and the machining operations in our milling department reach astonishing levels.  In our milling department, we produce parts of the highest standard with a maximum length of 1000 mm and a maximum width of 500 mm.
