All staff are involved in a constant process of corporate improvement.  We monitor each stage of product processing, according to the strict standards of the UNI EN 9001 Quality System (certification active since 2005).

ESSETI, which has been certified according to UNI EN 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industry since 2015, now boasts another important title: that of NADCAP accreditation for the wire EDM process.

An efficient team, each with their own role, is ready to go into the field. Each task corresponds to the colour of the T-shirt: blue (operators), light blue (testers), white (quality), red (production managers), grey (business managers).
