EESSETI MECCANICA DI PRECISIONE is not only a supplier of contract machining but also a provider of complete turnkey services.
Our customers' only concern is to provide us with the drawing. From an idea, from a drawing, ESSETI starts its work and takes care of everything else: feasibility analysis, purchase of the blank, identification of any suppliers of machining or external treatments, management of the final test and issue of the relevant test documentation.
We have a very rich and varied warehouse in terms of raw materials: aluminium (6082, 6061, 7075 ...), steel (AISI 304, 316, 440, 17-4PH, 15-5PH, 36NiCrMo16 ...), nickel alloys (INCONEL 718 ...), titanium, plastics ...
Our in-house turning, milling, grinding, EDM and hobbing services, together with a well-established network of reliable and punctual external suppliers, certified 9100 and NADCAP for the management of aerospace orders, enable us to take charge of the complete production of a component.
